Refund policy

Local Shipping and Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items only within 1 day of delivery for a full refund, only in the case of an error that occurred from our part or for damaged products from the factory. Any damaged products made from the clients are not entitled to be returned nor replaced.

You should return the goods to one of our branches, and you will receive your cash refund within the same day of returning your items to our representative in one of our branches.

Refunds for Credit Card payments shall be processed upon returning the said goods to one of our branches.

Note: delivery charges are not refundable in any circumstances.

International Orders Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery

• International shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location and order weight.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided upon our communication with the recipient.
• Istiklal Library Co. is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

Under no circumstances do we accept returns or issue refunds for international orders. This policy includes, but is not limited to, situations involving product dissatisfaction, change of mind, damage or defects, or any other reason. All sales are final for international orders.

We will test each product sold internationally and will make sure they are working properly prior to shipping.
