    A rare highest quality pen set by Quill USA. Quill Pens was founded in Rhode Island in 1945. These pens ware manufactured at the peak of the company’s operations, early to mid 1980s. The company made every effort to revive US production of high quality fountain pens and did not save any money on materials or build quality. Unfortunately the company closed down few years ago, but they left behind an amazing legacy of fine writing instruments made in US.
