-
Satin matt, colourless, elastic, non-yellowing, age-resistant & fast drying

Dilute with Thinner Turpentine substitute (50019)
- Made in Germany
-
How to Use:
-
Shake well before use.
-
The product is ready to use, but can be diluted with e.g. turpentine substitute 50019.
-
May only be applied with a suitable varnish brush at room temperature to the layer of paint after it has dried completely (drying time for oil colours: at least 8 – 12 month; drying time for thin acrylic coulours: approx. 3 days, for thicker acrylic layers: approx. 1 – 2 weeks; drying time for gouache: approx. 1 day).
-
Please clean tools as soon as possible with e.g. turpentine substitute 50019 or brush cleaner 50051 / 50052.
-
The dried varnish layer remains soluble in turpentine substitute 50019 or varnish remover 50060 over a long period.
-
The varnish coats normally used in practice give no special UV protection to the paints used. For this reason, we recommend that you use high-quality and lightfast artists´ paints from the outset as far as possible.
-
The subsequent varnishing of the surface of a picture produced using materials low in binding agents, especially pastels, gouache and water-colours, may cause the colour shade to become significantly darker. Varnishes also may increase transparency of some grounds, like e.g. papers.
-
Close immediately after use.
-
Store in a cool and dry place.
- Individual pre-tests are required.
